I was first introduced to Sarah Von Bargen’s work through Ksenia Avdulova’s Woke & Wired Podcast. I loved not only her approach to money, but also that she shares methods and practices that bring more happiness into your life by being empowered in your personal finances.
(If you end up loving this interview, and want more of a business, blogging & social media angle, you might want to check out that Woke & Wired interview that I listened to.)
In today’s interview, however, we talk more aboutmoney as a path to transformation, self-discovery, and self-care.
Sarah started her blog Yes & Yes in 2008 - she tells people that it’s a lifestyle blog for smart and funny people. A lot of people! Over time sheslowly but surely found an audience of 13,000+ daily readers and been featured in places like Lifehacker, Problogger, Glamour, and Forbes.com among others. She has an ecourse aboutmoney and happiness and another one aboutchanging our habits. She created an app, three calendars, and even signed with a literary agent!
