If you want the best chances for getting your order in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your order by December 10th for domestic shipments & December 1st for international shipments.
During the busy holiday season,our fulfillment team works hard to complete orders efficiently, and it may take longer for orders to be packed and shipped out.
Once orders have left our fulfillment center, we cannot control time in transit.

Our fulfillment team gets slammed with holiday shopping congestion, so to keep their massive workload moving smoothly, here are some important things to note:
We cannot amend orders once they’ve been placed - i.e. cancelling, add items, remove items, replace items, change shipping address, or change shipping preference.
If you place multiple orders with us, we cannot combine them into one shipment.
We cannot rush any shipments. If you need something by a particular date, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout!
